The person who said Dr Thorburn is a scammed must have been having a bad day. The office does anything they can to insure you have a great visit. Dr Thorburn card about his patients and does not scam them.
I was told by the receptionist-Amy they took my insurance. After my appointment two weeks later I received a bill of $140 due to my insurance not covering the appointment. I had to call the office 5 times until I received just 1 phone call back. Amy told me that my insurance was on a "fee schedule" and she "didn't realize that". She said Dr. Thorburn would not reduce the amount owed even thought it was their error and she said "if he did that for you he would have to do it for everyone" SCAMMERS
