Chris seemed personable when we met, and then we discovered the secret filming, the un-permitted work, the unannounced maintenance visits, and the entering without knocking or having a list of things to do. Chris Thompson bought the apartment I lived in back in May/June. Literally the worst realtor. No sense of urgency which caused me to miss out on 2 properties I was very interested in. Doesn't seem to care or act like it matters to him. Super unprofessional and disrespectful! Do yourself a favor and steer clear!
