When I initially reached out to Mr. Teets regarding one of his rental properties, he was very thorough and responsive. I was unable to see the property prior to signing a lease and was skeptical about the situation. He answered every question I had truthfully and addressed my concerns. I met Chris a few years ago when we were matched through a Realtor website. I was/am a first time home-buyer and Chris made everything feel like I had done it before. He was able to answer all my questions, no matter the time of day. He's also been extremely helpful with other projects in my new home.
Chris is not only my realtor but he is an also a Master Electrician and exceptional at what he does. Both real estate and trade work. Aside from customer service he is quick, efficient and not overpriced like the bigger companies with multiple reps and staff. Extremely knowledgeable and really helps in the ways that count.
