Poor service. The review is not for the doctor but for the front-desk team which schedules the appointment. I had called their front-desk team on 09/23 and scheduled an appointment for my annual dental check-up on 09/26. Firstly, I had hard time explaining and going through my insurance details. I have provided all the details, still the billing department took long to reach out to me and confirm that my insurance covers all the expenses. The dentist not only messed up my son's procedure, which I had to have another dentist fix, the owner was a complete jerk about it, denying that the x-ray was my son's, accusing me of pulling the x-ray off the internet. Bad enough they did not remove all of the decay before filling a cavity, but then to handle it the way they did I don't know why anyone would ever trust their health to these people.
I LOVE 💕 it there. I love the ambience from th the front professional Staff. I love my DDS Dr. Goldman.
The office visits are thorough! I feel the frequent cleanings and checkups give me the optimal dental health and hygiene. I am very pleased with the professional quality of the services I have received. Processing dental insurance can take time. The Fusion Dental headquarters should be more generous with the time it takes for some (in my case Federal Gov't. employee plans) to process claims. The service was exceptional starting from the front desk, through the rest of the facility! The staff were extremely friendly and took the time to assist me with whatever needed. Most importantly, they seemed to genuinely care for me as a new patient. Prime example of true professionals!! I have highly recommended this location to a friend in search of a new dental office.
