However, they weren't exactly what I was looking for so I headed back to my stay for the night. While back at the my stay, I saw one more house on Zillow that I hadn't seen before and Chris was able to arrange a showing last minute and meet me out there in the evening after we had alread... read more

Chris and his team went above and beyond every step of the process. Being a first time home buyer they made the process easy to understand. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again Chris!! We love our new home!

We made a big move from Ohio to Florida to be closer to our Children/Grandchildren. This was not an easy move for us. Chris was amazing. He listened to our wants and needs and provided many different opportunities for us. He even suggested out of the box ideas that meant our needs/wants but were foreign to us. We are so thankful he did as we ended up purchasing a condo that meets all of our needs/wants. Was a perfect fit for us. We would have never looked at a condo on our own. Thanks Chris Sweat.

We moved long distance and Chris made the buying of our new home so easy. We put our complete trust in Chris after our first meeting. And now we are living in our happy place! Thanks again Gulf Shore Properties and Chris!!!

Chris Sweat and his team went above and beyond for us. We purchased 13 acres of vacant land, and the deal had several complications — out-of-state sellers, a major language barrier, and slow communication from the listing side. Chris and his team stayed on top of everything and made what could have been a frustrating process feel easy. We’re extremely grateful for his professionalism and persistence. Highly recommended!
