The doctor is very knowledgeable but the people at the front desk are not helpful . And have very nasty attitudes when trying to get them to help . Dr Swanson recommended my daughter be seen six months for another eye exam and when it got closer to the appointment the front desk people Acted like that is unheard of and told us our insurance would not cover it if we insisted on bringing her in for another appointment . It’s more than I could of hoped for dr Swanson and staff are excellent I would highly recommend them
Dr. Swanson is not only very knowledgeable and professional, he is just overall a kind person. My daughter wears CRT contacts and Dr Swanson worked with her several times to get them just right. Now she can participate in sports without having to wear contacts or glasses during the day. Once we were traveling in another state when my daughter developed and eye infection and he was quick to help her over the phone and get an Rx called in to an out of state pharmacy.
