OBVIOUSLY this business has been newly taken over. There was no chris or his wife. I saw the reviews and that’s why I used this company. I first left Mark a good review and had an issue with his work a few days later. He again charged me to come out and fix what he missed. I get it, we all have to pay bills and things happen but a 2 weeks later malfunctions started again and he downplayed my text. The other nite my wife and I were going in and she burnt her foot. i called chris with an OHH error. he came out and replaced a pump. it didn't fix the error. i called him again and he came out and replaced the heater. got same error. he's a nice guy and his $75 fee is reasonable initially, but not when you pay it 4 times and your spa is still not fixed.
Chris and his wife Ms Marie are my new "go to" hot tub repair folks. Their prices are more than fair and their service is quick and they've proven themselves to be honest to me.
