Chris is incredible! I had brief conversations with him while trying to figure out how a cash offer, as-is sale works. He wasn't even representing us, but came over to explain the process and review a contract I had been offered. He wouldn't accept any payment for his expertise. The best part is, through his investment contacts, he was able to present an off-market, as-is offer! Working with Chris was such an easy process. He communicated immediately, answered all questions in lay-men terms, and was truly sincere and honest.

My experience with Chris was excellent. I purchased a house and sold a house using Chris as my agent. His knowledge of the real estate market was right on. In addition, he has contacts with many professionals that both buyers and sellers have a need for. I used a few of them and all were reasonable and performed very well. I am sure if you are Chris' client or customer you will be completely satisfied.
