Gee, old fashioned customer service with a smile? Who thought that type of client handling existed anymore? Well I have been enjoying it for quite sometime now. Indifferent and incompetent. – We were long time customers of State Farm, zero accidents, when our rates just randomly went up by over 10%! I called to ask why this ridiculous hike happened, and got told by one person that 'everyone had a rate increase,' but that our rate increase was because 'of our driving record and where we park at night.'
