I was kept waiting a long time. They were overbooked and there was much anxiety among the overworked staff. I received a good cleaning by a tech. Dr. Ruggiero did not have time to see me other than to tell me that he looks at patient x-rays after hours when he can sit and concentrate. He said if needed, I would be called back for another appointment to treat me. This seemed like a rapid, optimal money making set up and I did not find my best interest as a patient was addressed.
