They had billing issues and didn't bill my insurance until 3 months after my appointment. At that time my job had switched but they verified it wouldn't be my responsibility because they proved I had coverage during the time of my appointment. That was 2 years ago. I recently made an appointment to have a cleaning done and was told at my appointment that I would not be seen due to this outstanding bill I have 0 control over.
