Working with Chris to get my house leased was seamless from start to finish. The photos he arranged to have taken were mind-blowing, and when 30 people showed up to the open house he held several days later, I was amazed. AND he helped us find great, well-qualified tenants. The paperwork was a snap, and the new folks move in this weekend. I’m delighted and will recommend him to everyone!
Chris did a phenomenal job managing the relatively complex sale of of our condo and purchase of a new home. Working with Chris Reisbeck was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. This was my first time ever going on such a big endeavor aid he was there for me through every step of the process. He helped me through all the anxiety of the process, my silly questions, and was immediately accessible anytime I needed help. The whole process was unbelievably smooth and it was so evident that not only does he love his job, but he loves seeing his clients happy and satisfied with the home they’ve set their eyes on. Words can’t describe the commitment Chris gives to his clients, not only did he take the time to understand our needs but went above and beyond to take care of things we would have never of considered. Chris can not be beat, I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to start their journey. We attempted to purchase 3 years ago after looking through countless houses we just gave up. After the long wait we found Chris! If it wasn’t for him and his knowledge we would not be have owners currently! Thank you Chris!
