Chris has a great eye for updates that add value to your home and has a budget friendly mindset to complete the update. She has an amazing contractor whose team worked diligently to complete the updates. Chris is an amazing realtor and I cannot say enough about her! She came highly recommended to us and now we know why. Chris puts 110% into her work. She walked us through the entire process of getting my aunt's home on the market, helping us arrange appointments, and getting the house sold. I live in Seattle and my father passed away last year. We needed to sell his condo, which held a lifetime of furniture, books/cd's etc. to sort out prior to selling. Chris orchestrated the sale of the furniture as well as the the sale of all the 'stuff' we needed to get out of the condo. Chris' eye on cost-effective upgrades to the condo was superb. I can not overstate how great it was working with Chris in selling my dad's condo. Both my brother and I live a couple thousand miles away and between the logistics and the grief that comes with losing a parent, we'd have really struggled had it not been for Chris. Her upbeat demeanor and her savvy made what might have been a real slog into a very positive experience. It felt like working with a family member. Absolutely amazing.
