Chris was great and really helped us with our purchase. He knows the area, was patient with us, and sent us listings that were relative to what we were looking for. He didn't try to over sell us and gave good advice pertaining to the condition of the properties.
He was always on the ball. He knows the area and the people. His Knowledge on the commercial rental business helped me (a new owner) navigate the maze, and put me a few steps ahead. His social connections sent me a stream of customers. He is the only person you should work with in the Wildwood area
