Several months ago my home insurance company sent my claim to this company. I did not receive a call to schedule an appointment as I was promised, but had to call them myself. When I called a woman with the driest personality ever answered and scheduled the appointment - with a 4 hour window! The plumber eventually arrived at 6:30 pm - 1-1/2 hours after the window. I am surprised this company is still in business. I called them for a second opinion and unfortunately chose them rather than using my usual company. Aside from their lack of professionalism, they are mediocre at best. Their plumbers that I encountered are less than knowledgeable. When you call they act as though they do not need your business.
