Chris is phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything as a first time home buyer. When walking through homes, he has a very high attention to detail and points out features and issues that I never would have noticed. If I could give more stars I definitely would! Chris truly treated us like family as he made every thing so easy to understand. We were first time home buyers, but despite that fact, he took our budget and found something right in our range. Chris has been the best realtor I could have imagined. I worked and spoke with prior realtors who were wonderful people, but they did not provide the full honesty that my husband and I were looking for. Chris provided honest feedback about the properties that we saw and did not sugarcoat any negatives or shortcomings about a property.
