I’ve been a longtime customer for over 25 years. Things used to be pretty good. There are two customer service employees that are fairly new to me. , they are not agents.One of them is very rude. Condescending to say the least.I haven’t been able to talk to my actual agent Chris Ogaard in around 10 years now. The two Customer Service employees, manly one are not helpful. Ruth was super helpful with my claim!
One of the office staff members has consistently been very over aggressive on trying to get the highest amount of money out of us as customers. Same office staff was very condescending. There is at least one very nice office staff member. They dropped our road side assistance with no help from local office. If they would have helped us prevent losing road side assistance like a good neighbor than a rating of more than one star would be fair.
Super friendly and knowledgable!
