Had a road emergency recently and pulled into Nornberg's with what I thought was a blown front hub. They ordered the part, and juggled their schedule to fit me in. Turns out it was a broken spring on the left front. The crew worked hard to get me back on the road, with a temporary fix that got me on my fishing trip. and back home safely. A HUGE thank you to all who helped me out!
I was driving at our cabin in Longville when we hit an enormous pothole on the gravel road and clearly broke something. We didn’t know what to do as this was our only vehicle and we had to be back in the Twin Cities the next day. We called Chris Nornberg Automotive based on reviews and they totally saved us. They got us in within a half hour, diagnosed the problem, and although they didn’t have the replacement part, they were able to make the truck safe and drivable while I waited. Incredible customer service!
