My experience with the OB GYN's secretaries was horrible, they're very rude on phone and in person. I called about a cyst on my ovaries that's 7cm and they had to talk it through with my doctor in order for them to make an appointment. I didn't hear back for two days and by then I had already made an appointment with another doctor because the cyst was so uncomfortable and I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP!
