Terrible customer service
The most unprofessional car lot I have ever been too! Got my car from here on 7/1/2020 they called me in to sign “paperwork “ 8/1/2020 😒took my keys and said we could not find a company to finance you so we are giving you your money back (lies). Treated me like it was my fault they could not get the car financed. So after digging deeper cuz at this point I’m livid. I put $2500 down he hands me ($1100) .50 per mile I used the car and $150 cleaning fee. I found out it is hard for that company to get financed period because th... read more
