I did not enjoy talking to this person. He was literally insulting me in under 10 mins on the first phone conversation! I explained I was going to sell my home and would accept completive bids from a couple of firms and that I expected to be offered around 4-5 percent commission on a half-million-dollar sale for a completive bid to list my home, he replied “You just want the cheapest” he blew it to say the least.. btw I ended up paying a 3 percent commission to another broker. Don't waste your money on this broker.

Chris with 5 star real estate has worked with us for buying and selling a home. Excellent service, very thorough, very professional. He was able to sell it home in 3 days while similar houses in the same 5 block radius had price drops and were taken off the market. There is not a better agent in the spokane area.
