We are a residential and small commercial construction and painting contractor mostly focusing on painting and smaller construction projects. We also do power washing of houses , decks , fences ,walk paths and parking areas. This is my sixth year in business and I have 20 years experience in painting and construction. Chris was conscientious about doing a good job. After power washing, he made suggestions about additional caulking before painting. He carefully shielded areas not to be painted. A motivated self-starter personality, he worked consistently all through the days from 9am-3pm approximately and did not shrink from the tough areas to paint with his spray & brush in method. Chris Miller did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. I'm very happy with the work he did. He made my 70s ranch look like a new house! He really knows his business and works skillfully and efficiently to accomplish a beautiful result. He is conscientious, reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing the best paint job possible at a reasonable price, as well as being a good communicator and easy to work with. If you're looking for a painter, call Chris! You'll be glad you did.
Chris is a top notch painter. He puts quality into his work and stands by that work. When I bought our new house, many things were going wrong. The timing of closing was delayed numerous times, flakey landscapers, and the carpet installers trashed the paint job that Chris just did. But Chris came back, touched up the house, and as always, did a great job. His work is masterful and precise. Chris was clear about what he was going to do and did what he said. He will take as much prep time as necessary and will not rush if weather or conditions do not warrant a good outcome for you. He took the greatest care masking all our exposed tools, plants, boats, cameras, alarms, etc. (He appreciates it if you can move the obvious stuff, of course.) Five-star experience from start to finish. Excellent, timely communication. The quote was fair and reasonable, and I added in power washing for all the concrete on property. Chris takes an immense amount of pride in his work, starting with an oil-based primer and careful taping, and finishing with touchups and small details. This has been an excellent, professional project and I am glad to recommend Chris and his work to family and friends.
