Moving from Florida to a preselected 55+ community, we thought we didn't need a realtor. Then we met Chris Merritt. Chris had complete knowledge of all aspects of the relocation and worked tiredlessly on our behalf; interfacing with the builder on both the sale and construction process. He was our eyes and ears on the project from start to finish. We highly recommend him to all buyers as well as sellers!
