Mean Green did a an incredible job. They cleaned our carpets and even our white couch. It was really easy to book and the customer service was great, they were very communicative at every step. We will for sure use them again!
I had an excellent experience with the service! Chris was exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to provide thorough feedback after the carpet cleaning, detailing what was accomplished and ensuring that all my questions were answered. He was also able to work with my busy schedule.
This was our first time to use Mean Green Carpet Cleaning and we were impressed. Easy to get scheduled, great communication, prompt, professional. The carpets looked like new when they were done...couldn't even see where the high traffic areas used to be. We had an area rug cleaned too. Chris & his team used a citrus based solution as our goal was to get rid of the dog odor in our carpet. House smells so fresh and clean now. Will definitely use Mean Green again!
