Chris did a wonderful job in the process of helping me purchase my new home. He negotiated repairs to be done on the new house with great skill and was proactive on issues that could and did come up while working through them to completion. This was by no means a smooth deal. Chris was not up front about the 7% take or the 6 month contract between seller and agent in the agreement. Our bad for not reading the agreement all the way through. We had plenty of interest as the cottage would sell itself on charm. Agent took 1st offer too quickly on someone who had no chance of owning a home (per 3 different lenders) and 2 months later..no buyer. I apparently need to work on my communication skills a bit better and promise to do all that I can to improve that aspect of my business.
