I just had the pleasure of speaking with Janay (Not sure if that is how you spell her name) any way, she was FANTASTIC. Sweet. Kind. Attentive. Professional. Went above and beyond to assist me! Highly recommend her and this office. BTW Chris McDonald is the best State Farm agent in Meridian. Always Professional and looks the part. Lol. Sharp Dressed everytime I see him. Look these guys up! I refer and will continue to refer my friends to him
Mr. McDonald is the best insurance agent we have ever had. When we moved to Alabama, we didn't have to change a thing because his office is licensed here, too. And when we needed him after an accident, it was just like the commercials; he was right there counseling us through it. He is absolutely the best, and we appreciate him so much.
I cannot be more satisfied with the service I have received from Chris McDonald, his staff, and State Farm. I recently had an accident, and my questions were addressed promptly and assistance was provided at every step. Having a local agent to assist during this stressful time was such a blessing, and I could not have asked for a better one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
