Chris is a 5+ because he is an artist! I showed Chris several photos of desired haircuts. My hair is course, dry, with some curl, and color. Chris was able to explain the pros & cons of the desired style vs the reality of what is manageable daily and best for my hair. Chris is a minimalist on hair products. He knows color and is top notch with cut, color, and styling.
I love my new color and cut!! It looks amazing. I feel like a new woman!
