I've been a client at this practice for around 10 years and I've always been happy with their services. Dr. Peterson and Frankie have provided excellent care in addressing skin care concerns and both have performed surgical procedures with excellent outcomes. Before moving to this area I went to the Mayo Clinic and I've always thought that this medical practice provides similar quality care. I highly recommend then!
I still haven't gone to my appointment and I don't want to go either. The people who work answering the phone are rude. I don't speak much English. I explained that when it was my appointment and the lady answered me with attitude, she even raised her voice. I said thank you and she hung up on me without saying thank you. I called again to ask for the address and she with attitude didn't let me finish speaking and hung up on me again and I'm changing my appointment for another place.
Great office! NP Stacy is magnificent! Dr Peterson was kind, informative, and a great surgeon! Highly recommend this team
Was called from this office for the first time by this office Tuesday to confirm an appointment for Thursday I didn’t know I had. Been sick and woke up late, didn’t remember the time so I called and one of the ladies kept sending me to VM and not listening to what I was asking. Told me I was marked as a no show but would not tell me what time my appt was and refused to reschedule me, very rude and no compassion at all.
