Made the mistake of returning to this location because my other location closed. Big mistake. This office holds your policy and nothing else. Just like my previous review nothing has changed. They are non responsive to messages, emails, etc. Time to look for another insurance company or bare minimum a new agent.
I've been with Chris, Rob, and Cindy for as long as I've had insurance(10+ years). I'll be honest and as a younger person in my early 20's, I shopped around, and attempted to find another insurance company.
