When you first show up at the service department they greet you promptly. NICE.... then the nightmare starts. They do not listen to your complete needs , or they pass you off to another advisor because they are too busy, even if you made an appointment with them. Then what ever the write down goes to the mechanic that never met you. He then reads what the advisor wrote, WE NOW DEFINITELY HAVE A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM!!!!!
