We still have Farm Bureau (through a different agent) and I don't mind them.. However, this agent / staff is not what it used to be. When we first signed up with Chris it was 10/10 and I was able to get through to him / his team pretty quick.. Our insurance went up over 200.00 a month and we received this notification in the mail.. the letter stated we'd hear from our agent to discuss the price change.. never did..
