Chris was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. Our specifications were fairly narrow, and he was always eager to show us properties anytime, no matter how far the drive (and there were some long ones!) His professionalism, follow-through, responsiveness and attention to detail were unmatched. He and Rachel make a great team and worked together seamlessly. We whole-heartedly recommend them if you are in the market for a home.
Beware for first time buyers. Chris started off great with us at first trying to find a rental home. Then things in our life changed and we were on the market to buy. His tone then turned sour and got more condescending like we were supposed to know everything about buying a home or like we weren't moving fast enough for him to get his commission. Chris was fantastic to work with! He responded very quickly to my first inquiry and remained very responsive. He gave us guidance and helped us through the process of finding a house to rent in North Texas. I give Chris's information to my family and friends who are looking to rent/own. The marketing package even included a professional staging paid by him instead of the seller (me). Chris stayed on top of every step in the process, took the initiative to handle all the negotiations, and kept me informed throughout. He is the best realtor that I have ever worked with!
