What a horrible experience working with this Keller Williams Allen Realtor. He is the listing agent for a property that just underwent its 10th price drop. This is a beautiful home in a hot market. Guess why its not selling? CHris Lamrock, that's why. Yes, he's a real hack that worked at sonic before selling million dollar mansions. In 5 minutes with him, you will know exactly why this sonic mastermind isn't cutting the mustard.
I worked with this realtor in June and July 2024. What started off as a normal, professional experience quickly became a confrontational, stressful, pushy and rude nightmare. Chris has a short fuse when things don't go his way. He likes to boast about his military experience (assume to drum up pity or more business), but I learned the truth about this brief and unmeritorious stint in uniform. Don't believe his fabrications. Quite possibly the rudest, pushiest realtor I have ever met. He's argued with so many of the people touring the house. He is really toxic and condescending to Indian families. Then he brings up his military service like a dirty used car salesman. I can't imagine anyone using him to list a home. He gives off a really obnoxious vibe and may be suffering from some type of disorder. Short man syndrome or something.
