Chris helped us purchase a house as first time homebuyers. More importantly, he helped us with intense competence and was organized and on top of things through the entire process. We worked with a realtor in another area and they were frankly lazy, thinking they could do the absolute minimum and still get commission. Chris puts actual effort in, and you definitely want someone that's organized and cares enough to work as you go through this process!

Working with Chris was a great experience. As an out-of-town buyer, I came to the area first on a vacation to check out different areas.
