Everything Chris Kresser has said so far, I have learnt at a nutrition course at a local alternative therapies college. However, I also learnt many “standard” beliefs that don’t agree with Kresser, and going on to study dietetics at University, and looking forward to challenging lecturers, with what I’ve learnt from Kresser.
Unconventional Medicine by Chris Kresser is a book that everyone should read. I think we all acknowledge that our health care system is broken. This affects everyone, not just those who are sick and suffering. Chris presents a viable solution and clearly outlines the role of both functional and conventional medicine. The book is easy to read and inexpensive to purchase. Read it!

This is an early early book review of Unconventional Medicine by Chris Kresser. I do Life Coaching and bend towards epigenetics and as I have MTHFRc677t, know lots about natural health and over the years have helped many for free. I was privileged to be in ADAPT for a month this summer. Chris wrote the book I was gonna write! Not really but as I dig in I am especially impressed w both his and other docs and client's stories as I agree with Lynch and others that a good history really matters.
