Knowledgeable, on point, functional medicine man. I just wish he lived in Australia.
Love your work. I have me/cfs with some pretty severe symptoms your advice stopped be being bedridden and got me back to work. I've been working full time for two years when previously I didn't have the strength to have a shower. My diet did slip and developing signs off diabetic neuropathy I began stage 1 again and symptoms have gone away again thank you for your work
I've downloaded several of the e-books that are available. I just want to say Thank You..... I'mlearning that I didn't know as much as I thought!
Smart guy, down to earth. Able to integrate many disparate things together. Very good at troubleshooting and pragmatic. Highly recommended and I'm an acupuncturist myself.
I'm a Naturopath and Nutritionist and I've learnt so much from Chris. I also have to thank Chris for introducing me to paleo.
I enjoy reading Chris' posts as they are excellent summaries on latest research findings coupled with practical wisdom and translated into a language that anybody can understand (providing they have an interest in understanding what's going on inside our body).
Valuable information and a lot of free books. I am struggling and this helps.
Excellent research and a great podcast with Mark Sisson.
