We recently worked with Chris and Kohlee to purchase our home in Visalia. They were so easy to work and really made the whole process stress free for us. They kept us informed on everything. My husband's aunt lived in her Visalia home for more than 55 years. So when it came time to sell, it was a bit emotional, especially since we'd be doing all this long distance from Northern California. But Kohlee and Chris guided us through it all. I can't say enough great things about Mrs. Kohlee. Life happened and plans changed so my wife and I had to sell our house with little notice. It took a lot longer than we were hoping for but Mrs. Kohlee stuck with us for every step of the way. She made herself available to answer any question we had and updated us right away with any news she had. She stayed on top of everything and made this process super easy.
