Chris was fantastic! listened to all concern and problems that I had been having with back pain and addressed the issue at hand and passed on some wonderful advice on how to keep improving myself and being pain free. Highly recommended!!
There are no words for the relief and help Chris has helped me to achieve. In very small time frames huge positive changes have been made. Chris worked some serious magic on my shoulder, after visiting a physio a few days earlier I was still in significant pain. After visiting Chris the pain had vanished and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful.
