Dr. Karavolas is the best. He really knows what he's doing, has a very relaxing way about him and helps to make something that's pretty unpleasant a very bearable experience. The hygenists are excellent, and gentle, also. I had to have a lot of work done after not being to a dentist in many years, and I couldn't have asked for any more during a rough time. Since then, he's kept me on the right track (knock on wood!).
Dr. Chris is the best. I am petrified of dentists but not Dr. Chris. He listens to me and makes my visits as pain free as possible. He takes his time and does not rush through the procedures. In addition, his assistant Claire gives the best customer service. I have recommended many people to Dr. Chris and they have not been diappointed.
Dr. Karavolas is the best dentist I've ever had! Gentle, communicates well about procedures and schedules, and does great work. The hygenists are all super-friendly and skilled. Appointments happen when they are scheduled, or someone apologizes for the (occasional) wait. They used to be a pediatric practice, and the whole office still has that non-threatening, kid-friendly feel to it.
I actually fell asleep when he was filling cavities. He is very gentle, professional and thorough. He is also very friendly and informative. I would recommend him 100%.
The best dentist in MA!! When we first moved here we went through three dentists who were "recommended" and turned out to be nightmares. Then we found Dr. Chris! He is REAL - won't try to "sell" you anything you don't need, thorough, funny, gentle, and very accessible. The hygienists and front desk people are very warm and we wouldn't think of EVER changing!!
The best dentist in MA by far. I have referred about 10 people there.
