I have rented from Chris for almost 3 years and I can say he has been the best landlord I have had, hands down. Any problem I have had, he has someone out the next day to solve it. His communication is excellent, and he is very personable!! I would recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking to rent or buy. They will always take care of their tenants and clients!
Chealsea Knowles was our personal realtor on the sell of our home at 5663 Bretwood Dr. in Keithville. She is amazing. Chealsea Knowles had a contract with other backup buyers within 3 days. The buyer offered well over asking price. It took awhile to close because a water well had to be drilled and the septic system had to be updated. Chealsea Knowles handled ALL of that for us. Getting us the most competitive price on reputable contractors. Closing was smooth. The Chris Hayes Team is awesome.
Renting from Chris Hayes has been a GREAT experience. He was the BEST landlord that I had ever experienced. He is very professional, responsive to any issues I had within the home (which wasn't many at all) , Great communication, he even goes all out for his tenants on Holidays and Birthdays with special treats, (Which we loved and appreciated), I highly recommend renting or buying your home from Chris Hayes and his Team.
Their staff and team are knowledgeable and always professional! I would use their team again! We listed our home with with the Chris Hayes team and they were accessible or returned my calls in a timely manner. I would use their agency again!
Very pleased with the entire process of selling my home. Chris's team is caring, knowledgeable and professional. We had a solid offer within a week and closed above the asking price for an "as-is" property. It was a huge relief to have trust in Chris and his team. Thank you for making it so easy and stress free.
