Masa is absolutely amazing! He always takes time to listen closely and deliver with laser precision. Whether showing a photo of what style you like or describing the cut, he always understands and can explain along the way to make sure the cut is exactly how you want it! My cut always includes a wash before and after the cut, so I always leave feeling so fresh and ready to get back to work, without annoying itchy hairs all over my neck or clothes! Thanks Masa! Oh also Masa is fluent in Japanese or English
Highly recommend Franklin/Frank. Very punctual and is able to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He takes walk-ins but an appointment would be easier. 找Franklin 已經超過十年 非常準時（20+ 經驗 ）他可以講國粵英 直接找他預約比較好 可以先諮詢再決定 👍

In Dec 23 2023, my frd went to chrxx to get a cold perm. Not only did he a really bad job, he also had very poor communication skills n judgement. I believe, he doesn't even have any sense on the texture of the hair. During the process, she was suggesting to use smaller rolls due to her hair texture and experience. Chrxs, however, totally ignored and insisted on using bigger rolls. The result, of course, did not come out well. He kept denying n saying it was amazing and beautiful.
