I’ve been lucky enough to work with Chris to sell two of my homes. Both situations he handled with complete proactive detail (one was a divorce, one had a renter). If I didn’t have a seasoned expert knowing what to look for, managing the negotiation, and understanding the details he could handle early, they both would have fallen through. Chris is absolutely the real deal.
