I have worked with Chris since 2019 and when it was time to sell my home, he was the obvious choice! Chris and Kabreea are extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and unbelievably easy to work with. They will make sure to understand each and every detail from what your expectations are for the process, to every line of each contract, leaving no questions unanswered. He was always one step ahead with next steps and stayed aggressive with marketing and open houses to stir up as much business as possible to sell our home in... read more

Chris has been absolutely amazing to work with on the sale of my home. In a buyer’s market I was losing hope of making a sale through another agent. Then I was fortunately introduced to Chris through a mutual friend. Not only did he bring in more private viewings in off-season than I had during peak with my previous agent, he kept me right on top of all feedback and developments, offered sound suggestions but most importantly, he got my home sold!! I cannot recommend him highly enough. A true professional and a pleasure to w... read more

It has been extremely helpful for my family to work with someone like Chris that's born and raised here in beautiful Naples, FL. Chris was highly recommend by the Naples Community when we were looking to move. Chris is very friendly, knowledgeable as well as professional to work with. My husband and I had a lot of requests when we were looking for our forever home. Chris took the time to fully understand our wants and needs, he put in the hard work and found us our happy place. So, if you want someone who will listen, unders... read more

We highly recommend Chris! We started our search for a Naples home online from Canada in the summer of 2022. We reached out to several agents and Chris was the only one to respond. We had a call with him to discuss what we were looking for and he set us up with a portal to view properties that met our requirements. With a visit to Naples planned in March of 2023, Chris was in regular contact with us, viewing properties we indicated we liked and checking out new communities being built. Proactive, polite and professional - we... read more

I had the privilege of being able to have Chris and his wife Kabreea help me find a house in Naples. They are both very professional and really easy to get along with. The whole process was easy as he also helped me find a good lender and home inspector who were both also very professional.
After telling Chris what I was interested in, he came up with some good options for me and then we were able to find a property that I really liked. He has a lot of local knowledge of the Naples area and I was grateful for having him as ... read more
