Chris Floren and his crew are courteous, prompt, and reliable. I have had Chris and his painting crew paint the exterior of my house three times now in the past 23 years. My house is wood all around and faces west. It takes a beating in the summer Chico sun. Chris and his crew do thorough preparation for painting, including power washing, patching and sanding, and taping off areas. This is the third house I have had a contractor paint for me. Chris was more knowledgeable than other painting contractors I have used in the past. He immediately recommended elastomeric paint for my wood siding. I had experience with this product in a previous house with a second story waterproof deck, & had excellent results. I had other bids on the house he painted, & no one else recommended or had experience with elastomeric paint. Chris and his crew were the most professional company I have seen in years. Although I was a little out of his area he was prompt to give me the bids I needed. He answered all the questions I had and my estimate by the next day. After approving his estimate the " A Team" arrived. His crew was curtious and had a work ethic you don't see anymore. They gave my house a awesome paint job and left my property cleaner then when they started. You will be happy if you choose this company to do any work on your house!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Chris exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond - helping with color choice and overall communication.
