Their customer service, in-person professionalism, quality of installation, and follow-up were all first-rate. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about its customers. I had a terrible experience with Chris Electric on the road. Whoever was driving clearly has no idea how to handle a rotary/traffic circle. They cut people off, didn’t yield properly, and created a very unsafe situation. If this is how they drive their company vehicle, it makes me question their professionalism and judgment overall. Driving safely is part of representing your business, and unfortunately Chris Electric failed badly in that regard.
