Really disappointed. My 92yo father has used Chris Electric for YEARS. Chris came out to give an estimate months ago and NOTHING. I called office twice to follow up and make sure they had the right email address. Everything on my end was accurate. The problem is they never replied. Several items are for better interior lighting so an elderly man and long time existing customer is safe in his home. Sad this guy has gotten so busy. Never returned my call
I had someone come to give an estimate for installing a pool heater and upgrading the electrical box over 6 months ago and am still waiting for a written estimate even though I contacted them again recently and still no response. I was told how busy they were and it was also implied that if I didn't have them work on my house previously that they wouldn't have even considered coming in the first place. Chris Electric has been to our house quite a few times. Every time the men have been wonderful and more than accommodating for our needs.
