I gave Chris a review 2 years ago for his fantastic work in helping sell my house. Not surprisingly he was excellent in helping me in purchasing a home and it recently closed. Chris helped me in every way to purchase my first home. I loved it, I still love it. After 16 years, it was time to sell. Of course, I reached out to Chris (of whom we reconnected numerous times in those years), and he made the hard work seem easy. After making some suggested improvements, we sold the house in about a month and it felt seamless. Although it is not always as smooth, to me, I felt very lucky to have a friend as an agent with open and honest communication throughout. Thank you, Chris.

Chris Dorr did an outstanding job helping me to sell my house. I knew very little about selling a house and Chris very patiently walked me through all aspects of the process. When I moved out of the house I moved out of the area and Chris had to be the point person on the ground. He smoothly arranged for estimates and coordinated all work that needed to be done.
