Things we appreciated about Chris DeNike: Chris is honest and direct – If he doesn't think a house is a good fit for you, he'll tell you. No sugar coating here. He is professional - there can be some shady real estate practices, he doesn't participate. He is knowledgeable - Chris knows time/cost of home maintenance and remodels. Lean on this. He is responsive - The guy will always get back to you in a timely manner. He follows up and through. Oh, and he guided us to get the first house we bid on ; )
