I have been going to this office since Dr Leslie owned it (1972). She needs to get a parter.
Had a root canal. Great bedside manner. Very thoroughly explained everything. Totally focused on me and the procedure. Followed up.
Dr Jackson is an egotistical liar! He is arrogant and talks down to parents. He has lied in reports about my child acting like I told him we were not going to fill a tooth with a cavity, when he never even mentioned it. I would not let him work on my dogs teeth! The office is mostly fine, he’s a problem!!
They are the BEST. The front office is a dream to work with and so sweet and professional. I know I drive them crazy with my scheduling issues but they are always accomodating and kind.Everyone is professional and the new office is so trendy and plays my favorite kind of music, Christian. I do drive out of my way to go to them and they are worth the effort.
He was incredibly kind and reassuring. He extended a great deal of reassurance and gave a simplified explanation of care and covered what felt like every detail. We just felt like we were in great care. It was compassionate, which seems like a rare experience anymore. For a first visit my expectations were exceeded. They accepted my insurance, which was what placed us here. It was a blessing in disguise.
dental hygenist told me to wash my hands before I got in the dental chair. I have never had to do that. also x-rays were only looked at, dentist did not bother to look in my mouth I have since then gone to another dentist, my teeth have been fixed and I am very happy.
The visit was unnervingly rushed. Questionable treatment decisions and execution. Friendly but disjointed staff operation; stunted communication with patient concerning treatment and payment plan. Sadly the worst, you-get-what-you-paid-for dental experience.
