Absolute worst customer service on the phone. Simple enquiry for a potential job opportunity, consultation and quotation was met with absolute negativity, immediately making me feel like an idiot for the ideas/questions I had with trimming some trees overhanging our property. Chris Davies and his team have given excellent service. They are very thorough, skilled, courteous and have great attention to detail. Everything is taken away and the garden left in a good state.
Chris and Kamary are very professional and very efficiently. They just helped me moved a 15m dash ash trees that’s benign there and all other guys told me cannot be removed. The very first consultation they already spotted what I exactly expected. And the teams using absolutely another level of machine to work, the experience and skills team carried are from top of top. These guys are great, Chris gave us a decent consultation while onsite to quote the work and the guys did the work quickly and within the quote a few weeks later. Tidyed up fairly well too. $1100 for removal and stumping of about 4 small trees, 2 medium trees and some trimming work. Plus they managed to cut up and mulch a massive tree stump that was left in our yard by previous owners, im talking 45+ mins of coninual axe work from 2 guys lol. Would recommend
