SCAM ARTISTS AT CHRIS'S CRITTERS A few months ago, I bought a large cage from Chris's Critters for almost $400. What I didn't know at the time was that the cage was full of rust that had been painted over as well as dents and holes in the tray that you pull out to change the papers. The feeder cups were also dented and lopsided. When I asked for a refund, they refused. Then, I asked for replacement feeder cups and they again refused, telling me that I'd have to pay for those. BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHRIS'S CRITTERS I have wasted hundreds of dollars over the past 10 years or so at Chris's Critters just to be treated like a piece of dirt recently. I had to return a parakeet that was fighting with my other parakeet and the guy with the glasses (Chris's husband) started yelling at me, saying, "You have an issue with every bird you buy from us! Best for birds This is a good store if you are looking for bird cages - they have a huge selection and staff that is truly knowledgeble about birds. They also sell a wide array of finches and parakeets
