Terrible service very unhelpful
Rude Service advisors. Vehicle wasn't fixed correctly the first second and third time it was brought in. I understand the not duplicating issues but the level of professionalism is not at this location. Overall a bad experience.
Scheduled my appointment for 9:15 this morning and it’s 12. My car is still not done. I am fully aware of how long it should take for an oil change and it is not 3 hours. RIDICULOUS! Will not be back for an oil change!
This was my first visit to Chris Crain. I am beyond happy!! I needed the whole oil change, tire rotation, filters, etc., on my 2020 G70. I wish I could tell you the names of everyone that helped me but there were several and they all had the best attitudes. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable and even offered a shuttle if I wanted to go anywhere. They went over all of my charges and services to make sure I understood.
