Service is supposed to be open at 7 am. Nobody answers the phone, if you have a problem making your appointment no one attends the number they have for services. What a pity! You do not have an issue like this in your sales department

Do you like being told that your vehicle can’t be serviced because the parts department left after you have waited almost 2 hours? Do you like being yelled at by the service rep for standing your ground after 3 years of this treatment? Then Chris Crain Service Department is the place for you. Ask for Chase Croy, he’ll throw in a few choice words for you as well.
Terrible service very unhelpful
Rude Service advisors. Vehicle wasn't fixed correctly the first second and third time it was brought in. I understand the not duplicating issues but the level of professionalism is not at this location. Overall a bad experience.
Scheduled my appointment for 9:15 this morning and it’s 12. My car is still not done. I am fully aware of how long it should take for an oil change and it is not 3 hours. RIDICULOUS! Will not be back for an oil change!
