Was not good
Hyundai does suck but Chris Crain Hyundai has been excellent in handling the issues. Our service advisor Ricky has kept us updated on our vehicle and told us exactly what needed to be done and why. Not to mention any time there has been an issue they have repaired it without hesitation and within a respectable time period. I will definitely buy from them again.
Service is supposed to be open at 7 am. Nobody answers the phone, if you have a problem making your appointment no one attends the number they have for services. What a pity! You do not have an issue like this in your sales department
Do you like making appointments for an oil change and sitting for 2-4 hours after appointment time? Do you like being told that your vehicle can’t be serviced because the parts department left after you have waited almost 2 hours? Do you like being yelled at by the service rep for standing your ground after 3 years of this treatment? Then Chris Crain Service Department is the place for you. Ask for Chase Croy, he’ll throw in a few choice words for you as well.
