Rude Service advisors. Vehicle wasn't fixed correctly the first second and third time it was brought in. I understand the not duplicating issues but the level of professionalism is not at this location. Overall a bad experience.
Scheduled my appointment for 9:15 this morning and it’s 12. My car is still not done. I am fully aware of how long it should take for an oil change and it is not 3 hours. RIDICULOUS! Will not be back for an oil change!
This was my first visit to Chris Crain. I am beyond happy!! I needed the whole oil change, tire rotation, filters, etc., on my 2020 G70. I wish I could tell you the names of everyone that helped me but there were several and they all had the best attitudes. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable and even offered a shuttle if I wanted to go anywhere. They went over all of my charges and services to make sure I understood. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. It's a lot full of high quality cars.
Do not take your Hyundai to any Crain Hyundai Dealership. Check the other reviews. Crain has Monopoly in Little Rock. They will do anything but give you good service. It's all about the money with Crain They have lost Daddy Crains vision. He is turning over in his grave I am sure. My car was in the shop for a month. I got it out on Friday and my engine light is on again. Terrible organizations don't last long. #RIPDaddyCrain
